Refund and cancellation policy

If you cancel

•14 or more days before the event: full refund, less any payment processing fees.

•7 to 13 days before: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future Aumik Workshop.

•Less than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund. You can transfer your seat to a colleague at no charge, up to 24 hours before the start.

To cancel or transfer, reply to your registration confirmation email.

If we cancel or reschedule

•Cancellation: if we cancel, you get a full refund, including fees.

•Rescheduling: if we change the date, you choose between keeping your seat for the new date and a full refund.

•Other costs: we are not responsible for travel or lodging costs.

Changes we may make. We may substitute a speaker or adjust the agenda without notice. These changes do not qualify for a refund.Timing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
