How we handle the details you give us when you register for an Aumik Workshop.

What we collect

•Your name and email: to hold your seat and send you your private attendee link, payment details and joining instructions.

•Your company: optional — only if you choose to add it.

Why we collect it, and our basis

•Workshop registration: to reserve your seat and run the session you signed up for.

•Transactional email: seat confirmation, your attendee link, payment and joining details, and any change to the schedule. We do not send marketing email.

•Your consent is the basis: we collect and use these details because you ticked the consent box when you registered, and for no other purpose.

Who else handles your details

A few services process your details on our behalf, only to do the things above:

•Resend: our email provider — it delivers the transactional email we send you.

•Our database host: your registration is stored in our PostgreSQL database on an Aumik-run server.

•The event organizer (Aumik Workshop): sees your details to register you and run the workshop.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their own purposes.

Withdraw consent, or ask us to delete

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. To withdraw your consent, or to see, correct or delete the details we hold, email workshop@aumik.co and we'll action it.
